We strive to make your experience with us effortless and refined — from the initial design consultation to the final installation. Our goal is to ensure every detail of your project is handled with precision and care. Most installations are completed within 4–7 business days, depending on material availability and scheduling. Rush orders may be accommodated when possible, as we always aim to deliver exceptional service tailored to your needs.
Showroom Visit
Call us to schedule a consultation at our showroom. During your visit, our team will guide you through the latest trends, materials, and design options to help you find the perfect look for your space. We’ll also schedule your templating appointment and review all important project details, including finishes, edge profiles, backsplash specifications, sink options and more , to ensure everything is tailored to your vision.

Templating
At your templating appointment, any questions regarding the installation process should be discussed. Our expert templater will take precise measurements of all countertop areas and review important details such as overhang preferences, sink placement, and any custom specifications you require. Please note that all cabinetry must be finalized before templating. Any changes made after this stage must be communicated to our office immediately, as they may affect your project’s timeline or final fit.
Quote
Once your template and project details are finalized, we will prepare a detailed quote outlining all aspects of your project. This will be provided to you within two business days. Please review the quote carefully and ensure that any additional details or requirements are included before approval. A 50% deposit will be required upon signing to begin production.
Installation
Installation will be scheduled once your deposit has been received. Depending on the material selected, it typically arrives at our shop within 1–7 days. Fabrication will begin within 1–2 days of material arrival and generally takes 1–2 days to complete. Once fabrication is finished, we’ll confirm your installation date. In most cases, installation is completed within 4–7 business days from the date your deposit is received; however, timelines may vary based on material availability and our production schedule.
